Monthly Fellowship Meal Join us next Sunday night, April 6^th at 6 p.m. for a time of food and fellowship. This is our monthly Fellowship Meal and it’s designed for the church to meet together to build relationships and enjoy one another’s company. Cornerstone’s Missions Team will also be presenting an overview of our identity as Southern Baptists and give you a chance to ask any questions you may have. Have a heart for Prayer? Cornerstone is seeking a member to serve as Prayer Coordinator. This person would communicate weekly prayer requests and help organize and promote our prayer efforts. If you share a passion for prayer and are interested in helping our church in this ministry, please contact one of the elders.

Men’s Ministry Kick-Off! A Men’s Breakfast is planned for Saturday, April 19^th at the IHOP on U.S. 19 in New Port Richey (across from Gulf Harbors). Join us at 8 a.m. for a time of food and fellowship as we discuss what you want from a men’s ministry. Come and bring a friend.

Youth FUN-raising Cornerstone’s youth group is planning its summer activities. To help them in their efforts, donations are being accepted. The group will receive payment for collecting empty Dasani water bottles and are providing a place for you to deposit all your extra change. Take some time to support them!

Palm Sunday: This Sunday we celebrate Palm Sunday, a remembrance of the beginning of the Passion Week for our Lord Jesus Christ. Please pause during the coming days and reflect on the meaning of this special time, thanking God for the giving of His Son. Invite friends and neighbors to join us next Sunday as we celebrate our Lord’s resurrection.

Fellowship Night This Sunday Night! To provide more opportunity for fellowship and prayer and to better focus on communion, we are creating a special service for the third Sunday night of each month. In addition to celebrating communion together, there will be special music, testimonies and prayer. Join us Sunday Night at 6 p.m. as we launch this exciting new event.

Sunday, March 9th Announcements

Last week’s first day of Sunday School was a rousing success with some 60 people present. If you missed it, Sunday School begins at 9 a.m. and includes classes for children, youth, and adults. We praise God for these new learning and ministry opportunities!

Cornerstone’s Women’s Ministry Spring Retreat will be held this Friday, March 14^th from 6 – 9 p.m. Come and learn what “SHAPEs” you. Sign-ups continue today at the table in the foyer.

For those who couldn’t attend on weekdays, the Monday evening Women’s Bible Study is starting tomorrow, March 10^th. The group will be studying "7 Words to Change Your Family" by James McDonald. Nursery is provided. Get more information or sign-up today at the table in the foyer.
