WELCOMEWelcome to Cornerstone Community Church.  Our nursery and classrooms are located in the hallway adjacent to the auditorium and restrooms and water fountains are located down the hallway at the rear of the building. If you must leave during the service, please use the doors at the rear of the auditorium.  Contact an usher or greeter if you need any assistance.

        ONLY TWO WEEKS AWAY!
The excitement is building as Vacation Bible School kicks off Sunday, June 23rd at 6 pm.  Help change the life of a child by volunteering, donating supplies, and by inviting children. Flyers are available at the table in the foyer and we'll be walking the neighborhood on Saturday, June 15th at 5 pm.  Contact Elizabeth Butler to see how you can join the team for this fun and rewarding ministry.

BAPTISM:  There will be a baptism next Sunday as part of our morning service.  Meet us right down the road at the Schmitz home, 7090 Red Oak Loop, NPR 34654 to join in the celebration.

LADIES, BE PART OF THE SUMMER READING CLUB!  Kick back, relax and enjoy Cleaning House, A Mom's Twelve Month Experiment to Rid Her Home of Youth Entitlement by Kay Wills Wyma.  We'll meet June 30th for an after church lunch and discussion.  Please sign up in the foyer if you would like to participate and order your book if you haven't already done so.

SERMONS TO GO: Weekly sermons are available for online listening or download at www.cornerstonepasco.org  CDs of sermons and most adult Sunday School sessions are also available for a donation of $2.  Submit a request form at the table in the foyer and your CD will be available the following Sunday.

SUNDAYS:              
            9:00 am         Sunday School classes for all ages

                                    Children’s Church (ages 6-8 are dismissed from the service
                                    prior to the sermon)

Sunday, November 14th Announcements


FOUNDATION 2010:
BUILDING FOR THE FUTURE

GOD’S WORK AROUND THE WORLD: Today we continue our international missions awareness month by welcoming Brett and Deana Gibson. Pray for our guests and our church as we seek God’s will for Cornerstone’s first missions endeavor and hearts more turned toward evangelism.

Remember, immediately following today’s service we’ll enjoy a fellowship meal with the Gibsons.

THANKSGIVING OUTREACH: Next Sunday, November 21st at 5:30 p.m. we’ll enjoy a Thanksgiving meal with guests from the community. Sign up to bring food at the back of the sanctuary.

We’ll also assemb food baskets for community members. Be sure to sign up today to share our blessings with others in the name of our Lord.

BAPTISM: There will be a baptism service on Sunday, Nov. 28th in the afternoon.

CHRISTMAS OUTREACH: The next Outreach breakfast is Saturday, Dec. 4th, at which we'll provide toys for needy children. Now through December 1st, we ask you to place wrapped toys in the collection bin located in the foyer. Be sure to indicate “Boy” or “Girl” on your gift.

BUSINESS MEETING: The quarterly business meeting will be Sunday, Dec 5th. We’ll vote on our 2011 budget and welcome a handful of new members. Join us!

HELP US REACH OUT:  Today, immediately following the service, there will be a meeting to assemble an Outreach Ministry Team to coordinate outreach efforts for the church.  Help is needed for this priority ministry.  See Danny Hayes for more information.

BAPTISM: Today at 2 p.m. there will be a baptism service at the home of Doug and Linda Norris, 12530 Kitten Trail Hudson, 34669. Come celebrate with those following the Lord in obedience and proclamation.

WORKDAY:  There will be a church work day this Saturday, June 12th starting at 8 a.m.  There are tasks, large and small needing attention and no skill is required.  Join us as we honor God by caring for the facility He’s provided.

FELLOWSHIP MEAL & BUSINESS MEETING: The next quarterly fellowship meal and business meeting will be next Sunday, June 13th starting at 6 p.m. Please plan to bring a dish or two to share and enjoy the fellowship.

DISASTER RELIEF:  Florida Baptist disaster relief training is scheduled for Sat., June 26th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Idlewild Baptist Church in Lutz.   More information is available from John Thela or at the table in the foyer.

WELCOME: Today we welcome Dr. Charles Scheide, Campus Pastor, Professor, and Associate Academic Dean at Word of Life, Florida. Dr. Scheide spent 34 years as a pastor in four states prior to joining Word of Life in 1999. He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University and Western Conservative Baptist Seminary in Portland, Oregon. Each year he teaches at a number of Word of Life locations around the world and we appreciate his ministry to us today.

OUTREACH TEAM NEWS: The next breakfast for the needy in our community is this Sat., June 5th at 8 a.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Port Richey. Help is needed to serve food, share information about Cornerstone, and to share the love of Christ.

Anyone needing to be scripturally baptized should attend next Sunday’s baptism class at 9 a.m., followed by a baptism service at the Norris home at 2 p.m. Please sign up at the table in the foyer or see one of the elders for more information.
