OUTREACH OPPORTUNITIES Exciting things are happening in Cornerstone's outreach ministry.  See Andrew Lucas for more information on how you can get involved with our current opportunities:

• The next Volunteer Way breakfast for the needy in our community is Saturday, Oct. 12th at 8:30 am at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Port Richey.  Help is needed to serve, clean and share Christ's love with children and adults.
• Our annual Pumpkin-Trunkin' family outreach event is Thursday, October 31st.  You can bring candy to share by placing it in the box in the foyer and plan on being here to help reach out.
• Food collection will start soon for our annual Thanksgiving food basket ministry.  Begin praying now about people we can help and how you can get involved in sharing the love of Christ.

FELLOWSHIP MEAL & BUSINESS MEETING Join us tonight starting at 5:30 for our first meal and business meeting in our new facility. You'll hear exciting updates on our building project, our new outreach and youth ministries, and we will be unveiling Cornerstone's new strategic plan. We will also be electing our officers and leaders for the new church year.  Please bring a dish or two to share.

 
OUTREACH OPPORTUNITIES

• We're collecting candy for our annual Pumpkin-Trunkin' event.  Place your bags in the box in the foyer.  Sign up starts soon so plan on being here to help reach out.

COURAGEOUS BIBLE STUDIES:  Our ongoing men's and ladies' Bible studies based on the movie Courageous and the companion book, The Resolution continue with the ladies this Sat., May 5th at 7:30 am. The men return Saturday, May 12th.

BIG APPLE ADVENTURE: Cornerstone's Vacation Bible School is fast approaching and we want to make this one the best ever!  Sign up your kids online here and mark your calendars for June 10-13.

CORNERSTONE MISSIONS:  A relief trip to Lakeshore, MS is planned for March 31 - April 5.  You can still sign up to go or participate by providing items to share with those in need:  non-perishable foods, bottled water, gift cards, etc.  See John Thela today.

GOD’S WORK AROUND THE WORLD: Today begins our month-long emphasis on international missions. Be in prayer for our guests and ourselves as we seek God’s will for Cornerstone’s first missions endeavor and hearts more turned toward evangelism.

PUMPKIN TRUNKIN’, our annual Halloween alternative is tonight from 5 to 7 p.m. Round up some kids, bring some goodies, and join us for this fun outreach opportunity.

Our next NEW MEMBER CLASS will be this Sat., Nov. 6th at 10 a.m. To help us plan for lunch and materials, please sign up at the table in the foyer.

A BAPTISM class will be held next Sun., Nov. 7th at 9 a.m. for all those needing to be scripturally baptized. A baptism service will be planned soon.

MINISTRY FAIR: Plan on staying after the morning service on Sunday, Oct. 3rd for our first-ever Ministry Fair—a chance to learn more about all our church’s ministries and find a place to get plugged in!  A light lunch will be provided. Don’t miss this exciting event!

Last Call for FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY, Dave Ramsey’s 13-week money management program, taking place every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.  This is a great resource for members and a great outreach opportunity.  See Chris Beaman, Jason Anderson or Danny Hayes for more information.

DWELLING PLACE, our women’s Bible study ministry, is held Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.  Ladies of all ages are invited to join us for study, prayer, and fellowship.  Child care is available.

USF FOOTBuLL: The Men’s Ministry is sponsoring a trip to the USF-Western Kentucky game at Raymond James Stadium this Saturday, Sept. 25th at 7 p.m.  Tickets are just $10.  Ladies are welcome to join us.  Contact Jeff Peake or Mike Causey today!
