ATTENTION ALL KIDS!  Our Children's Ministry is hosting a Parents Day Out event for all kids this Sat., Dec.10th from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  There will be food, fun, and ministry as we go to Heather Hill Nursing Home to sing for the residents.  See John Thela or any of the children's workers for details.

CHRISTMAS SCHEDULE:  Cornerstone will be celebrating the birth of our Savior with a special 1-hour 10 am service on Sunday, Dec. 25th.  There will be no Sunday School that day.  Be sure to invite family and friends to join us as we focus on the reality of Christmas.

OUTREACH BREAKFAST:  The next breakfast for the needy in our community is this Sat., Dec. 3rd at 8 am at the Knights of Columbus Hall.  Help is needed to serve, clean up, and interact with the kids.  Contact Chris Beaman or Danny Hayes for more info.

SPECIAL WORKDAY:  Join us this Sat., Dec. 3rd at 8 am as we clean, repair, and decorate the building for Christmas.  Join us as we start celebrating the Savior's birth.

SHOW YOUR THANKFULNESS: Today is the last day to contribute food toward our Thanksgiving basket ministry to needy families in our community.  Come help today at 4:30 as we assemble and deliver the baskets.

At 5:30 today we'll be gathering for a Cornerstone Thanksgiving meal.  The church will provide the meat but please see the sign-up sheet to see what side dishes, desserts, or drinks are needed.  Join us as we thank God for his goodness to our family.

MEALS WITH FRIENDS

Sign up now for the May kick-off of meals-with-friends, Cornerstone’s new fellowship group experience. Groups of 6-8 adults will meet together at least once each month for a meal—at a home, restaurant, or any place that works for your group. Get to know each other and grow our church by growing relationships. In the Fall, we’ll choose new groups so you can get to know even more of our church family. FREE FAMILY FUN! Last call for free tickets for the Tampa Yankees-Clearwater Threshers game next Sat., April 23^rd at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa.  There’s an Easter egg hunt for the kids at 5 pm, followed by the game at 6.  To get your tickets, see Mike Causey or Jeff Peake.

MEN’S BREAKFAST:  Our next Men’s Breakfast will be Sat., April 30^th at 7:30 am at Starkey Park.  All men are invited and asked to sign up to bring something to share.

ATTENTION LADIES: Women of Faith is a ladies conference coming to the St. Pete Times Forum Oct. 13^th and 14^th.  The cost is $142 which includes the conference, lodging at the Tampa Marriott, lunch both days, Saturday breakfast, and a WOF t-shirt.  If you’re interested, a $50 deposit is due to Lynn Turner by next Sunday.

BABY DEDICATION: We’re planning a baby dedication service for Sunday, May 1^st.  Any family wishing to participate should sign up in advance at the table in the foyer.

BODY BUILDING—DISCIPLESHIP:  Today starts the second quarter of the Body Building campaign and this quarter’s emphasis is Discipleship: Every member a student of the Word.  Take advantage of Cornerstone’s discipleship opportunities so you can grow spiritually and help others grow as well.

CHRISTIAN SKATE NIGHT:  Join us for roller skating tomorrow evening, April 4^th from 6:30-8:30 at Spin Nations on Congress Street.  The cost is $6.00 per person (20 or more people - $5.00 each), including skates. Please sign up to help us with planning.

PRAYER MEETING:  We’ll gather for church-wide prayer on Sunday, April 17^th at 6:30 Bring your favorite cookies to share.  A leader meeting will take place at 4:30 pm.

CHASCO FIESTA OUTREACH: Help us reach out to the community at this year’s parade. This Wednesday the college and youth groups will be helping with some tasks and next Sunday night we’ll be gathering at the Norris home for final preparations and a cookout. The parade is Saturday, March 20th. See Leah Peake for more information.
