ONLY ONE MORE SUNDAY: We’re making great progress on our Back to School Missions school supply drive but we need YOU to get involved. On Saturday, August 16th, Cornerstone will be providing free school supplies to needy students and families in our community. The need is great and we’re asking every family to bring in a few extra items as the new school year approaches. Please place your donations in the box in the foyer and be in prayer for God to use this outreach to our community. Donations will be accepted through next Sunday morning.

Kids in the Rock invites all children to a Back to School Bash next Saturday, August 9th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Norris home. Bring your bathing suit and towel and a school supply item for the church’s missions project. Bring a friend too! Call 861-1748 for more information.

Men’s Ministry Update: We’re beginning a Mentoring Ministry soon and any men interested in participating should complete a personal information sheet and submit it right away. See one of the elders or deacons for more information.
Also, we will be going bowling next Saturday, August 9th at 6 p.m. and then coming back to the church for refreshments, and fellowship and to discuss the mentoring program. Please join us!
