GOD’S WORK AROUND THE WORLD: This week we continue to emphasize what God is accomplishing around the world. Pray for the needs we’ve learned about and for God’s guidance in our missions endeavors.
The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for international missions will kick off next week! Be sure to pray about how you can help!
BAPTISM: This afternoon at 2 p.m. we’ll gather for a baptism celebration at the Wilhelm home, 8843 York Drive in Hudson. Carpooling is recommended and parking is available at the nearby Little Road and Hudson Avenue intersection. Join us!
OUTREACH: The next Outreach breakfast at the Knights of Columbus hall is this Saturday, Dec. 4th at 8 a.m. Now through December 1st we ask you to bring wrapped toys for needy children in our church community. Be sure to label the gift for a “Boy” or “Girl” and place it in the collection bin in the foyer.
We'll host a special outreach breakfast next Sunday, Dec. 5th during Sunday School. We’ll greet shoppers in our plaza and minister to customers at the laundromat next door. Please bring breakfast foods and a smile.
BUSINESS MEETING: Our next quarterly business meeting will be Sunday, Dec 5th. The agenda will include a vote on our 2011 budget and welcoming several new members.
CHRISTMAS NEWS: Cornerstone will be part of the NPR Christmas Parade on Sat., Dec. 11th at 7 p.m. Please see Leah Peake if you'd like to help decorate and ride on our float.
Invite friends and family now to our Christmas Eve service at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 24th. The service will feature special songs by our Kids in the Rock children, Christmas worship music and a Christmas message by Pastor Brian Walls.
