The Work Continues!

We continue to praise God for our exciting new facility but there's still a lots to do.  Current opportunities include:

·         Helping with the many tasks yet to do--painting, repairing, cleaning, organizing, etc.  See Sandy Moyer, John Thela, or Danny Hayes and share whatever time and skill you have!

·         Being faithful in giving--tithing and giving sacrificially to the building fund.

·         Praying for God to be honored in your life, your family, and our church's ministries.

A time of leadership training and church-wide renewal is coming September 20-22.  Tom Buck, Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Lindale, Texas will be training our leaders and then preaching Sunday morning. Don't miss this exciting and challenging time in the life of our church!

NEW MEMBER CLASS THIS SATURDAY:  If you're interested in becoming a member or learning more about our church, you should sign up TODAY for our next new member class--this Saturday, August 31st at 10 a.m.  A light lunch is provided.  Please sign up at the table in the foyer.

KICK OFF! Not for the NFL but for Cornerstone's new middle school and high school student ministry.  Bring some friends and join us for great food and fun games on Wednesday, Sept. 4th at 6:30 pm at the church.  Watch for the new student ministry logo!

OUTREACH BREAKFAST: It's time again for the Volunteer Way breakfast for the needy in our community.  Join us at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Port Richey on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 8:30 am and help us share the love of Christ.
