We are once again pleased to welcome Glenn Rininger to the pulpit today. Glenn was Cornerstone’s first Pastor and we appreciate his continuing ministry to us. Make him feel welcome!

Next Sunday, June 1^st at 6 p.m. is our Fellowship Meal immediately followed by our Quarterly Business Meeting. Our fellowship meals are designed to give you opportunity for fun and relaxation and a chance to get to know one another. We ask all members to be present for our meal and to be an active participant in the business of the church. The church will provide the meat and drinks but please bring a dish or two to share according to the following:

Last names N – Z: Salad

Last Day to Sign Up! Today is the last day to sign up for our men’s golf outing on Saturday, June 7^th at 2 p.m. at the Magnolia Valley Golf & Country Club. Cost is $15 and we will be playing the nine-hole executive course and then meeting back at the church. The emphasis is on fun and fellowship so skill is not required! DON’T FORGET TO SIGN-UP TODAY!

Child Dedication: We will have a child dedication ceremony on Father’s Day, June 15^th during the morning service. This is a special time of commitment for parents and the church. If you’re interested in participating, please list your and your child’s names and email address on the tear-off section of your bulletin and drop it in the offering basket this morning. Pastor Brian will then contact you with more details.

IMPORTANT NOTICE for PARENTS and TEACHERS: A short meeting will be held immediately following the worship service next Sunday morning, May 18th, for all parents of children and preschoolers AND for all teachers who work in either of these areas. Family Skate Night: Cornerstone Youth will hold their family roller skating fundraiser this Thursday, May 1^st from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at SpinNations on Congress Street in New Port Richey. The cost is $5 per person or $20 per family. Tickets are on sale now and advance sales include a free soda. Come and have some fun while you support our youth group.

Our next church-wide fellowship meal will take place next Sunday night, May 4^th at 6 p.m. It will be a very special Missions Meal – bring your favorite ethnic food or special dish from a foreign country. Cornerstone’s Missions Team will be presenting an introduction to the Cooperative Program and the international and home missions efforts you are supporting. Don’t miss this special event!

HELP NEEDED! We’re asking for members of Cornerstone to step up and help with the cleaning of the building on a weekly basis. Individuals, couples, families or groups are welcome to help out in this important ministry. The Trustees will be available to answer questions and sign people up immediately following the service at the table in the foyer. Please help whenever and however you can. Thank you to Linda Norris for single-handedly meeting this need so far.

We can't wait to begin studying together!
